About Us
Based in Melbourne, Australia, OK200 is a boutique development company specialising in software and app development. We’re a small team and we keep it all in-house, meaning that you’ll always communicate with the people working on your project. No being handed around to different account managers!
We're deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem, thanks to our Founder's extensive experience as Fractional CTO for startups and mentorship roles across the startup community. We understand the unique challenges early-stage startups face because some of us have worked directly in startups before.

With his extensive background, Paul provides the expertise and quality control needed for reliable, scalable software solutions, giving clients confidence that their projects are in capable hands.

Paul has served as CTO of a number of startups over the years, and takes part as a mentor and pitch night judge for The Startup Network, Founder Institute, and many local-based small business and startup groups.
Eleanor Bignell
Head of Strategy & Operations 💡
Eleanor works closely with early-stage startups from concept through to execution, shaping ideas and helping teams build the right tech in the right order. Acting as a bridge between non-technical founders and developers, she helps translate big-picture ideas into clear, actionable product roadmaps, ensuring the founder’s vision is communicated effectively and that alignment is maintained throughout the development process.
With a background in brand and marketing strategy, she brings a strategic lens to every phase: from discovery and user research through to product definition, roadmap prioritisation, and go-to-market (GTM) launch planning.
Eleanor is an ongoing resident of The Community Collective and has completed Airtree Ventures' Explorer Program, which deepened her understanding of how early-stage investors think—what they look for, how they assess risk, and what makes a product truly fundable. This perspective informs how she approaches tech strategy: helping founders align product decisions with both user needs and investor expectations.
